Dear teachers,
This is an opportunity to practice, connect with each other and offer unconditional care to ourselves.
The format will be: guided practices, total relaxation, circle sharing & songs to nourish our hearts.
No experience needed and all are most welcome.
TIME:
12 noon – 1.45pm Eastern Standard Time (= 5pm-6.45pm GMT)
The sangha will be offered in English at this time. We hope to create spaces in other languages in the future.
