A school community is formed by humans. One of the traditions in a school is that we make distinctions. I am a teacher. You are a student. She is the principal. He is a special education teacher. A member of the administrative staff, a teacher assistant, a parent,  member of the technical staff.

To see the wave, and forget the water.

We invite you to practice together and see the school in the first place as an inclusive community. To look with the eyes of compassion and see the potential, the Buddha nature in everyone. The interbeing of the school community.
