Dear Friends,

You are wholeheartedly invited to join the first Sangha meeting of the new school year at 13.00 CET, September 21st. We come together to practice our presence, to make some steps on the path of being a Happy Teacher. We trust firmly that this practice will nourish the students you work with. Based on the insight that our students learn more from who are then what we say and teach.

Karin Speidel and Ira Anderson and I have prepared this first meeting. The topic is contemplating on the question: how do you do? This often-asked question can be understood as: what do you do. Thich Nhat Hahn offers another approach.

To practice this, we offer a guided meditation and a short video of Thay. Then there is room for sharing with our Sangha members. We deepen our practice with a short total relaxation. If needed, you can prepare your room for this.
