True education has as its purpose to awaken students to themselves and to the world. To achieve it we find useful guidance in the teachings of the Buddha on the Seven Factors of Enlightenment: joy, ease, concentration, curiosity, diligence, equanimity and mindfulness. In this retreat, participants will practice different ways to power in themselves these seven factors so that they can better support their teaching activities as well as its gradual awakening.
