Wake Up Schools is happy to support this new educators sangha. We are sharing the information below on behalf of The Charter for Compassion.

This is a space to establish your presence in peace, connect with others and refresh your own heart.

The format is: guided practices to nourish your mind and spirit, circle sharing together and deep relaxation.

All are most welcome and no experience needed!

This will be a monthly event, you will register once and we will send you a reminder a day before so you don’t miss it!

These sessions are not recorded, we are building a community that can gather monthly. You are welcome to join at any time!

The event will take place on the last Saturday of each month and last around 90 minutes:

March 25th 2023 9am PDT
