Educators Retreat at Upper Hamlet, Plum Village
This week-long retreat is a Level I Wake Up Schools retreat, offering educators the chance to embody the practice and to take good care of themselves.
New Year celebrations involving the Plum Village community will be part of the retreat.
28 December 2019: this is the arrival day. There is no scheduled programme of events. Participants are invited to arrive, settle in and join the peaceful energy of the community.
29 December 2019 – 3 January 2020: retreat programme begins from the morning of the 29th and continues through to the evening of the 3rd.
4 January 2020: this is the departure day. There is no scheduled programme, and you are free to depart with ease according to your own travel plans.

- this retreat takes place in Upper Hamlet. The other hamlets in Plum Village have their own distinct schedule for that week. We will come together as a community at certain times (e.g., the New Year’s Eve celebrations). We aim to live harmoniously as a community, and it is not possible to commute between hamlets for this retreat.
- the retreat schedule for the week will be available on arrival in Plum Village. It is not published before the retreat.
